  35. MakeJPEG will take a Graphic Interchange Format (GIF), Portable Bitmap
  36. Toolkit (PBM) or Truevision Targa format file and convert it to a JPEG file
  37. and it can convert it back again. It will also convert any JFIF standard
  38. JPEG file to GIF, PBM or Targa.  MakeJPEG uses version 6 of the Independent
  39. JPEG Group's software.
